2、 Operating instructions for adjusting the stroke of the electric film roller
1. Loosen the locking screws on the two stroke adjustment buttons of the electric film rolling machine, turn the stroke adjustment buttons so that both gear ring protrusions are not pressed against the micro switch contacts. Flip the power switch to start the operation of the electric roller shutter. At this time, confirm the "roll film direction" and "release film direction" positions of the power switch.
2. Place the power directional switch in the "film rolling direction" position, rotate any travel adjustment knob by hand, so that the toothed ring protrusion presses the contact of the micro switch (a clicking sound can be felt). At this time, if the electric roller shutter motor stops rotating, it indicates that this adjustment knob is used to adjust the travel in the "film rolling direction". If the motor does not stop rotating, it indicates that another adjustment knob is used to adjust the "roll film" direction travel.
3. Place the power directional switch in the "film rolling direction" position, rotate the "film rolling direction" stroke adjustment knob by hand to adjust the film rolling stroke. After confirming the film rolling stroke, gently pull up the knob. Place the power supply in the "film release direction" position, rotate the "film release direction" stroke adjustment knob by hand to adjust the film release stroke. After confirming the film release stroke, gently pull up the knob.
