Anti-freezing gear oil shall be added to the film winder in the greenhouse. In the process of installation and use, it is necessary to frequently check whether the screws of the host machine and all connections are loose, and whether the welding joints are broken or open. After each use, cut off the main power supply outside the shed in time.
Here's how to use it safely:
1. According to the length, width, camber and weight of the plastic film, select the appropriate host according to the standard, pay attention to the load margin, prohibit full load and overload operation, and take necessary security and anti-theft measures for the motor.
2. According to the weight of the roll film, the support rod, push rod, roll rod and bolt shall be equipped according to the standard to prevent the rod from being bent and twisted due to the unreasonable arrangement of the rod.
3. Cables and other power distribution equipment purchased by users themselves shall be qualified products meeting the national standards to ensure the safety of power consumption and safe operation of the host.
4. Fix the reverse switch on the support rod of the main machine, and add a control switch in front of the reverse switch to ensure that the power can be cut off in time when the reverse switch fails.
5. The main engine has been added with sufficient qualified lubricating oil before leaving the factory, and users do not need to add it again.
6. In ice and snow weather, the anti-cold film should be cleaned and then the film roller should be started to prevent the agricultural film from being damaged due to the freezing of rain and snow.
7. It is forbidden to touch the winding rod when the film winder is rolled. After the film winder is rolled in place, it should be shut down in time to prevent the film winder from turning into the shed offside.
8. In the process of installation and use, the user shall timely adjust and straighten the upright and coiled rods and tighten the bolts to ensure the normal operation of the main machine and rods and prolong the service life.
